It starts off exactly like Ai where you create a new file. You also have the ability to customize the template. You also have layers and many adjustment tools. You have a background layer which is locked by default and to unlock it you have to double click. The crop tool allows you to adjust your image depending on how big you want it, so you do not have to photoshop the whole image. On the left-hand side, you have all the brush tools. There is a blur tool, gradient tool, eraser tool, clone stamp tool, and more.

I learned that once you zoom in on your image you can press Q on your keyboard and everything that is highlighted in red will not be in your selected. Then you can select the brush tool or press B on your keyboard to add something to your selected area of your image. Then on the left-hand side you are able to see black and white squares which are your primary and secondary colors. If you have the white box selected, you are able to add more to your selected section. If you have black selected it is subtracting things from your selection. I also learned about the clone stamp tool which was slightly confusing to me but with practice will become easier. The eraser tool is also helpful but definitely need to be precise with it.

You can also tweak the brightness and the exposure in phot shop. You don not necessarily need to use photoshop for deleting or covering things up in an image.

Tim Bermers Lee and Robert Cailliau are the founders of the World Wide Web. It was created in 1989. It was originally used to share information between scientists in universities and institutes around the world. The world wide web opened the internet to everyone not just scientists. Somewhere

  Artist Statement: My favorite TV show is Gilmore Girls which is why I chose it for my project. I have rewatched it multiple times. The show makes you feel connected with the characters because you know so much about their personal lives. I am very close with my family and sisters. Using this show for my "Somewhere" project felt right. I also chose the scene where they are taking a family picture after the character Rory's graduation.
